Greater Illinois Title Company (GIT), a Chicago-based title insurance and real estate information services provider, has announced that Jack Ericksen, of Joliet, has joined GIT as a regional account manager. Mr. Ericksen will be based out of GIT's Naperville office until the company's new office location in Shorewood is opened around the first of January. He will be responsible for sales, marketing and business development in the south and southwestern suburbs of Cook and Will Counties with a special emphasis on the Joliet area.

Mr. Ericksen was in the banking business for over 15 years, first with First of America Bank and later National City Bank. He was the Will County sales representative with Chicago Title in Joliet for over five years. He is a member of the Will-Grundy Homebuilders Association where he sat on the Board of directors for two years and served on various committees. He is also active with the Will County Association of Realtors and the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago.

In making the announcement, Guy P. Lundstrom, Senior Vice President of GIT stated, " Jack will focus his efforts on growing all segments of our business in Will County. With our new office soon to open in Shorewood, Jack will help establish a strong presence for Greater Illinois Title in this exciting market.
