Greater Illinois Title Opens Two New Offices: Downers Grove and Lindenhurst

Greater Illinois Title Company (GIT), a Chicago-based title insurance and real estate information services provider, has announced that it has opened two offices to serve its expanding operations. A new office in Downers Grove located at 1557 Warren Avenue, three blocks from the Main Street train station, will serve customers in Downers Grove, Woodridge, Westmont, Clarendon Hills, Hinsdale, Darien, Lisle and surrounding areas.

A second new location at 2592 East Grand Avenue in Lindenhurst is a full-service office serving customers in Lindenhurst, Antioch, Round Lake Beach, Lake Villa, Grayslake, Gurnee and surrounding areas. GIT now has sixteen (16) closing locations in the metropolitan Chicago area.

In a related development, GIT announced that Brenda Warner has joined the company as a closing officer. Ms. Warner, a graduate of Trinity College, has over ten years of experience in the banking industry. Most recently, she worked for Chicago Title as an escrow closer. She will be based in the company’s new Lindenhurst office location.

The two new GIT offices will provide full-service title insurance and escrow capabilities including residential agency closings, commercial escrow closings, new construction escrow services and builder services.

In making the announcement, Gregory M. Kosin, President of GIT stated, "The new offices build on the company’s growth plan to extend full-service capabilities to customers by broadening geographical coverage. Our continued focus will be to grow our business in all market segments in the new market areas and to operate with the highest standards of customer service."
