Residential Title Purchase Order

When a property is a residential home this Order should be used for residential Purchase Transactions and will result in an Owners Title Insurance Policy being issued in the amount of the purchase price. When mortgage financing is involved, such as when a mortgage is taken out to buy the house, a Lenders Title Insurance Policy will also be provided for a fee and will be issued in the amount being borrowed (or otherwise requested by the insured party).

New Addition for Edith Spurlock Sampson Apartments Rises At 2700 N Sheffield Avenue in Lincoln Park

GIT secured a close on these beautiful Edith Spurlock Sampson Apartment Rises at 2700 N. Sheffield Avenue in Lincoln Park back in December. Its structure is 85 feet tall and is nestled between the complex’s two existing buildings that are currently under renovation, which will add an additional 11 units. These new apartments provide an additional 80 residential units, in which altogether there will be 485 apartments as soon as all the work is complete. We want to make a huge shout out to RATIO, who is the architect of the building, The Chicago Housing Authority (CHA) and Pirhl, who are co-developers behind the construction and lastly, our amazing GIT employees who helped make this deal go by so smoothly. Great work to everyone, we worked as such a great team!

Lawson House Renovation Secures 16th Place in Tallest Construction Countdown

We are always proud to be of something GREATER! Check out this amazing project we handled for the Lawson House, which is number 16 in Chicago’s YIMBY’s year-end countdown of the tallest construction projects. We are proud to work alongside Holsten Real Estate Development Corporation and Walsh Construction for this 272- foot and 24-story building. We are honored to be part of this deal and thank everyone who made the process easy.
